Does anyone know how to remove the prime kickstand. It rattles too much and I would like to take it off but don't know how.

Derailer extension pivot

Received my Prime. Assembled it and noticed derailer was up againt the frame. The bolt holding the extension was not very tight and had pivoted up. I pushed it down away from frame and tightened. On my first high speed run using throttle it pivoted up again causing chain to

Is there any way to reprogram assist levels on my Prime? 1 seems a bit to strong for just normal riding. On my wifes bike from another brand, I was able to spread the power through 9 levels instead of 5 which seems to be a bit more balanced. Is
